Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Hotel Reservation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing room reservations for both individual and group bookings.
1. Ensure the constant delivery of exceptional guest service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
2. Promote hotel facilities and amenities while providing pricing information to potential customers.
3. Liaise with the Sales team to convert leads into confirmed bookings
4. Manage no-shows, cancellations, and process charges according to established hotel policy.，
