Summary: Project Manager to lead, co-ordinate and deliver CAPEX project on-site in Limerick supporting and optimizing throughout.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Project Planning, Execution & Monitoring
2. Develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for largescale biopharma CAPEX projects.
Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning phases of biopharma facilities, ensuring alignment with project goals.
1. Proactive drive Safety and Quality focus throughout project lifecycle.
2. Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of all phases.
3. Prepare and present regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders. Stakeholder Management
4. Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, technical consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance.

2. Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial target.
3. Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders and senior management.
4. Team Leadership
Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Mentor and provide guidance to team.
