Planning Administrator Engineering Team Role based in Dublin 12 (on a hybrid model, after completion of training) Up to 31k with benefits An Administrator is required to join an existing Planning Team, as they continue to grow & develop.
As the Planning Administrator, will act as the vital link between the engineering team and the customers.
Youll provide essential administrative support, manage service requests, coordinate schedules, and ensure client queries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities will include: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, service requests, and general scheduling / planning queries Schedule and coordinate engineer appointments, site visits, and project timelines.
Maintain accurate service records and update internal databases with customer and job information.
Liaise with engineers to track progress and communicate updates to clients.
Ideally you will have a business-related degree, along with 1-2 years experience working in a busy scheduling / planning team.
You will have strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills are essential!
