Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join our expanding team. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to develop as a trusted financial advisor within our progressive, client-focused company
About the Role:

The Associate Financial Advisor will support senior advisors in delivering high-quality financial advice, helping individuals and corporate clients manage their wealth and achieve their financial goals across protection, pensions and investments while also developing towards full advisory responsibility
This role combines client advisory support with business development, reporting and sales enablement responsibilities
Advisory & Client Support
Supporting existing team of Financial Advisors to provide advice and dealing with customers
Effective management of new life, investment and pension applications from offer to account opening
Administering group pension and risk benefits schemes
Preparation of presentations, reports and advice to corporate, personal and prospective clients
Progression towards advising customers on financial matters (principally protection pensions and investments) by phone, email, video-conference, face-to-face and other media, including preparation and signing of Statements of Suitability
Handling inbound customer queries
Knowledge/application of responsibilities that come with working in a regulated professional services environment (including CPC, anti-money-laundering, data protection)
Business Development & Growth
Reviewing existing customer base for business development opportunities
Support the general compliance and admin requirements of the business
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes through feedback and working alongside support staff
Develop sales proposals and presentations that are consistent with First Rate Financial Planning standards with assistance from senior sales team members
Creating and maintaining sales performance dashboards and tracking KPIs using CRM and Excel
Collaborating with senior advisors to drive lead management and pipeline development through reporting insights
Supporting Company strategic initiatives & business growth
Marketing activities & initiatives
About You:
You're a Qualified Financial Advisor with Life & Pensions experience who is ready to move beyond a solely administration role towards deepening your advisory capability
You're a confident professional, motivated by helping clients to make smart financial decisions and to building long-term client relationships based on trust. You are comfortable working in a highly regulated environment and understand the responsibility that comes with giving financial advice

Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation
Minimum of three years' experience in Life & Pensions
Strong understanding of working in a regulated advisory environment
Key Competencies:
Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate client and team needs
Strong time management and decision-making skills
Diligent follow-up capabilities to effectively manage sales pipelines and client requirements
Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with Excel, CRM systems, and KPI tracking
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to build confident presentation and public speaking abilities
