What You'll Do:
* Develop and execute high-level marketing strategies focused on promoting our line of thermal packaging and refrigerant products.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to inform strategic decisions
* Coordinate and manage external providers, agencies, and vendors to implement campaigns
* Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
* Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations
* Advise on messaging, positioning, and brand initiatives for packaging/manufacturing audiences
Who You Are:
* Experienced

, ideally with exposure to packaging, manufacturing, or industrial markets
* Strong analytical and research skills; able to synthesize insights into strategic recommendations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
