We are seeking a highly skilled Franchise Operations Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the fitness industry, with experience in a Regional, Area, or General Manager role.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting and guiding franchisees to deliver on key business objectives
* Analysing business performance and coaching franchisees to drive improvements
* Helping clubs align with brand standards across service, marketing, and operations
* Sharing best practices across the network to raise overall performance
* Advising on localised sales, marketing, and retention strategies
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions

* Developing and implementing business plans to drive growth and improvement
