**Estate Manager Wanted**
We are seeking an experienced Estate/Property Manager to oversee the daily management and maintenance of an established development. The successful candidate will ensure a high-quality living environment for all owners and residents.
Main duties include:
* Managing building operations, maintaining common areas and facilities;
* Resolving resident issues and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations;
* Liaising with contractors and service providers to deliver timely and efficient services;
* Conducting regular inspections of common areas to identify maintenance needs;
* Implementing and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment;
* Responding to emergency situations and identifying innovations to improve service delivery;
* Monitoring and controlling building operating expenses;
* Participating in processes to collect service charges from owners and responding to queries;
* Maintaining accurate records of building operations and maintenance activities;
The ideal candidate will have:
* A PSRA D License Holder;
* A strong understanding of building maintenance and operations;
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
* The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents;
* Strong organizational and time management skills;
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Experience using property management software;
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
* A proactive and results-oriented approach;
* The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
