Job Title: Sales and Events Executive Location: Dublin (with travel to venues as required) Salary: €40,000 The Noel Group is proud to partner with a leading name in sports and leisure hospitality to search for a Sales and Events Executive to join their dynamic Team. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and proactive individual to play a key role in driving both race day and non-race day business across prestigious Irish venues. Reporting directly to the Sales and Events Manager, the Sales and Events Executive will be responsible for: Maximising venue sales by generating new business opportunities. Managing key accounts and fostering strong client relationships. Overseeing the full event lifecycle from initial enquiry to successful execution and follow-up. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a hospitality sales environment, ideally within a venue, hotel, or agency setting, and will be driven to exceed targets in a fast-paced commercial setting. Responsibilities: Research and target key market segments to meet monthly sales KPIs. Proactively seek and close new business opportunities. Manage leads through the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closing. Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce/Delphi) with up-to-date client and activity records. Attend networking, trade, and client events as needed. Collaborate with internal departments to support business development strategies. Manage all aspects of event coordination from enquiry through execution. Liaise with internal departments and venue teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Handle client communications, event briefs, BEOs, invoicing, and follow-ups. Support the sales team administratively while ensuring accuracy and high attention to detail. Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in proactive sales within hospitality (venue/hotel/agency). Strong understanding of both sales processes and event operations. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Highly organised with excellent planning skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Delphi experience an advantage. Diploma-level qualification in Business or Hospitality preferred. Must hold a full, clean driving licence and be willing to travel between venues. Flexibility to work 5 days over 7, including occasional weekends or evenings. Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI. Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
