We're Hiring – Principal Engineer (Ireland)
ECSL is expanding our team and we're looking for a Chartered Principal Civil/Structural Engineer to join our Ireland office in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our Ireland Director, alongside our UK and India management teams, delivering innovative civil engineering designs across power, rail, buildings, and utilities projects.
What you'll be doing:
-Leading conceptual and detailed engineering design work
-Managing projects, technical delivery, and financial performance
-Mentoring and developing junior engineers
-Supporting bids, tenders, and business development
-Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors
What we're looking for:
-Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer (with EU/UK driving licence)
-Strong experience in design and delivery of diverse structural projects
-Knowledge of UK/Ireland design standards
-Proven leadership and team development skills
-Excellent communication and client liaison abilities
