Bid Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Management Professional to oversee the bidding process for residential construction projects.


Key Responsibilities:

* Analyse project requirements and develop comprehensive bid proposals
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bids
* Review bid documents and ensure compliance with project specifications
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and quotes
* Prepare and submit bids within specified deadlines
* Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and vendors
* Track and manage bid documentation and correspondence


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
* Proven experience as a Bid Manager in the residential construction industry
* Strong knowledge of construction bidding processes and practices
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management software
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
