This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
Reservations Manager who is eager to step into Revenue Management
or for a
Junior Revenue Manager ready to take on greater responsibility
within a supportive and progressive hotel group.
As
Revenue Manager / Reservations Manager
, you will oversee and optimise the hotel's reservations function and revenue management strategy. You will be responsible for maximising occupancy, driving average daily rate (ADR), and implementing effective pricing and distribution strategies. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical ability, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences through seamless reservations operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage the hotel's revenue management strategy to optimise profitability.
* Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor performance, and booking patterns to adjust pricing and distribution strategies.
* Oversee and manage the reservations team, ensuring a smooth and efficient reservations process.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximise revenue opportunities.
* Prepare regular revenue reports and forecasts for senior management.
* Ensure excellent customer service and communication standards within the reservations department.
* Maintain effective relationships with OTA partners and third-party distribution channels.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a
Revenue Manager, Reservations Manager, or similar role
within a hotel environment.
* Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills.
* Proficiency in revenue management systems and hotel property management systems (PMS).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
