Finance Leader for High Growth Company
We are seeking an accomplished Finance Director to join our senior management team and lead all aspects of finance. This is a challenging opportunity for an ambitious Financial Controller looking to step up to a leadership role, with the ability to manage all aspects of finance and be part of the executive team.
About The Role:
This office-based position in West Dublin offers strong career progression within a start-up environment or high-growth company.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
• Full responsibility for month-end close, monthly management accounts, and statutory reporting.• Oversight of payroll, banking, credit cards, and expenses.• Cashflow management and treasury.• Tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, corporation tax) and audit management.• Managing and developing a small finance team (currently c.3.5 people).• Setting clear priorities and ways of working.• Providing practical financial input to support rapid operational growth.
Requirements:
To be suitable you must have:
• Qualified Accountant with at least 6 years pqe
• Strong International finance background managing finance for multiple entities
• Start-up exposure/working within a high-growth company
• Staff management exposure
The successful candidate will also come from Tech or similar hybrid salary backgrounds. -----------------------------------
