New Financial Reporting Role
You will report directly to the Financial Controller and be part of a team of five professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Producing monthly management accounts with variance analysis commentary
* Assisting with consolidated account preparation
* Balancing the balance sheet
* FP&A support for annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
* Managing multiple audit processes
* Monitoring and reporting on capital expenditure spending
* Supporting payroll operations
* Filing statutory returns
* Tracking costs and overheads
* Maintaining Sox Compliance
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and leading projects to implement change
* Supporting ERP migration from Dynamics to Business Central
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you should be a fully qualified accountant with 3+ years of experience in industry, preferably in construction, engineering, or manufacturing. Strong audit experience and month-end accounting skills are essential. Familiarity with Business Central ERP is also desirable. Additionally, you must have full working rights in Ireland and be willing to commute to a rural location using your own car and holding a valid driving license.
