Responsibilities
* Play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across user interactions.
* Conducting quality reviews, providing feedback, and implementing process improvements.
* Collaborating with Industry Sales Engineers, Inside Sales Representatives, and Product Sales Engineers to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
* Work creatively, independently, and proactively to support Bentley's commitment to delivering exceptional user support and maintaining high standards of quality.
* Deliver high-quality customer support and enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* A bachelor’s degree or equivalent training or experience.
* At least 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a customer support or sales environment.
* Proficiency in quality assurance tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.
* Detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback and continuous improvement.
* Proactive, creative, and independent with a strong commitment to excellence.
