You will partner with designers and product managers, gather requirements, build solutions, and guide team members on best engineering practices.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with design and product teams to gather requirements and build web applications for streaming services.Make important design and development decisions, contributing to the architecture of highly-scaled streaming services used by millions of listeners.Champion positive engineering practices, mentor teammates, and conduct code reviews.Qualifications4+ years of professional software engineering experience, 2+ years working on consumer web applications.Strong interest in collaboration via code reviews and technical discussions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Growth mindset and quick learner.Expertise in React and related web technologies.Experience building responsive, mobile‑friendly web experiences.Experience writing unit, integration, and acceptance tests (Jest, Vitest, or similar).Solid understanding of visual, interaction, and motion design principles.Familiarity with interactive UI prototyping tools (Figma or similar).Exposure to architectural design patterns for highly scalable web applications.Nice to have: trunk‑based development practices.
