OET / IELTS / PTE Teacher – AI-Assisted Learning & Assessment (Remote)
We are looking for experienced
OET / IELTS / PTE teachers
whose core role will be to
contribute to the development, review, and continuous improvement of AI-assisted learning tools and performance dashboards
.
This is not a traditional teaching-only role. The focus is on
exam logic, failure patterns, and decision-making
, helping translate real exam expertise into scalable, data-driven systems.
Core Responsibilities
* Design, review, and validate AI-assisted learning tools
for OET / IELTS / PTE
* Contribute to the development and refinement of
performance dashboards
(readiness, fail-risk, skill gaps)
* Review and improve
exam scripts, speaking prompts, writing tasks, and marking logic
* Identify
predictable failure patterns
and translate them into actionable feedback rules
* Ensure all content aligns strictly with
official exam criteria and scoring frameworks
* Collaborate closely with product, AI, and engineering teams
* (Secondary) Deliver targeted online sessions or mock exams when needed for validation
Required Profile
* Proven experience with
OET, IELTS and/or PTE
* Deep understanding of
scoring criteria, band descriptors, and examiner expectations
* Ability to think in
systems, patterns, and rules

* Strong written communication skills
* Comfortable working with
AI-driven tools and iterative product development
* Native or near-native English

* Examiner or senior academic role
* Healthcare English background (OET)
* Interest in EdTech, AI, or assessment design
