The Irish Youth Baseball program is seeking experienced high school and college baseball coaches to join the Irish Youth Baseball program. These are volunteer coaching opportunities in Ireland and America, typically 1–2 weeks at a time throughout the year, depending on program needs and coach availability.This initiative is led by Emerald Diamond International (EDI) in partnership with the Irish American Baseball Society (IABS) and operates as a year-round program with an online component. Since 2006, EDI has been working in Ireland to support and grow youth baseball programs through schools, clubs, and community organizations. Coaches wishing to travel to Ireland are selected based on availability, schedules, and the specific needs of EDI's partner organizations in Ireland.Travel OpportunitiesCoaches are encouraged—but not required—to travel to Ireland to lead youth camps and coaching clinics when schedules allow.
