Purpose of the role
This position sits with our People (HR) team and collaborates closely with the wider Core Functions team and the business units (Audit, Tax and Consulting).
The key focus of the role is to business partner with the units to provide progressive HR support, insights and direction that is essential to realising our vision and driving our ambitious growth plans.
The role, together with the wider People team is key in implementing the firm's People strategy for today, and the future.

Reporting to the Core Functions Director, this opportunity offers the chance to join a dynamic professional team and contribute across the People functions (Talent Development and Acquisition, Operations and Projects) in addition to the primary Business Partnering role.

Responsibilities
Supporting the delivery of the People strategy and collaborating with business units to meet their needs along with reporting on a regular basis to provide meaningful People metrics.
Responsible for forging relationships with unit leads to provide support and coaching as needed, advise on People compliance matters and policies.
Work closely with the units and finance teams on compensation and benefits areas including annual salary reviews, benefit updates and ongoing operational payroll work.
Project lead on the firm annual performance management process including salary benchmarking, performance management system review and coaching on same.
Support the Talent Development Director regarding the firm performance management system and business planning, empowering our employees to 'own your future'.
Liaise with units as to succession planning and ongoing talent acquisition needs.
Support the wider People team in overall talent acquisition operations.
Management of complete employee life cycle including all People Operations requirements with administrative support provided by People Consultant.
Involvement in People projects.
About the ideal candidate
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role or environment.
CIPD qualified with ideally a formal HR qualification at primary degree and/or master's level.
An understanding of Irish Employment Law.
Experience of managing core processes including those relating to Talent Attraction and Retention, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, and Compensation and Benefits.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organisation.
Excellent project management and organisational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time.
A strong performer both as part of a team and on own initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
