Job Title: Application Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Application Support Specialist to join our team. As an Application Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to end-users via various communication channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with software, hardware, and network systems.
• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to second/third-level support teams.
• Process requests for new services or modifications to existing ones.
• Maintain and build knowledge base articles to aid in issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience working in a Service Desk environment.
• Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS Office 365 – Level 1 support.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
