OBJECTIVES/PURPOSEThe Critical Infrastructure Management – OT Shopfloor Endpoint & Cyber Security Chapter Engineer offers specialized expertise and carries out site-specific activities and services to present manufacturing applications to shopfloor users. The job holder provides feedback to the Service Management of the Chapters and serve as a local partner for operations and project deliveries. SCOPE Focus on OT Shopfloor Endpoint & Cyber Security services by Chapter assignment, but occasionally to cover topics of other functional Chapters as well.ACCOUNTABILITIESFor Critical Infrastructure Management Chapter OT Shopfloor Endpoint & Cyber Security Services: Operates CIM OT Shopfloor Endpoint Services needed to publish shopfloor applications on GMSGQ sites, following global CIM standards and procedures.Represents the CIM OT Shopfloor Endpoint & Cyber Security team at site and/or region, collaborating with local and global teams.Partners within DD&T and CIM chapters to support defining/evolving standards and site level deliveries.Holds interfacing service providers accountable withing the service operations processes.Runs continuous monitoring and improvement.Build & upgrade OT Shopfloor Endpoint & Cyber Security environments.Maintains the CIM OT Shopfloor asset inventory in CMDB.Provides consulting and support for site specific and global projects and initiatives.Operates and runs the Incident Resolution and Change/Problem Management activities mainly related to OT Shopfloor Endpoint & Cyber Security, and support on Incident Resolution and Change/Problem Management for the other chapter in collaboration.Works in a global, 24x7, and follow-the-sun organization once platforms are standardized and enable new way of working.Provide input about lessons learned and suggest improvements across all CIM chapters.EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:Proven and strong knowledge of networks, especially in the area of OT production and laboratory environmentsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration with focus manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience requiredBackground in IT Service Management and Service DeliveryIT/OT experience in providing services to a Manufacturing and/or Laboratory environment, ideally 3-5 years' experience in OT domain, and knowledge about Industrial Control SystemsExperience in IT and OT Networking Experience in Cloud computing (AWS, Azure) is nice to haveExperience running IT projects in a regional and as needed a global environment.Ability to set priorities and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders.
