9. Participate in training courses organized by management.
10. Follow HACCP procedures consistently.
11. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
12. Learn about achieving the F&B budget.
13. Collaborate with various hotel departments to meet guest needs efficiently.
14. Be aware of hotel promotions and special activities.
15. Support kitchen porters during busy periods or as directed.
16. Assist in kitchen production across all areas.
17. Help with guest and staff promotional events when needed.
18. Maintain good relationships with team members.
19. Ensure efficient and high-quality service to guests.
20. Identify tools and utensils needed to perform duties effectively.
