This job is offering a Full time, Days only, permanent position with job security, competitive pay, interesting fast paced rewarding work supporting one of Irelands leading Solar PV Distributors. This role will give you a vast amount of experience in a very busy industry.
Some of the duties include:
* Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
* Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies
* Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods.
* The efficient utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment.
* Cycle Counting Process & supervision of process
* Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy.
* Planning future capacity requirements.
* Strong communication and decision-making skills.
* Knowledge of workplace safety, commercial operations, and environmental factors.
The requirements for the position include but are not limited to:
* Experience in managing and dealing with people.
* Working in a fast-paced Warehouse/ Distribution centre.
* Computer literate with experience with Stock Management Software Programs.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Self- motivated, reliable and punctual
* Flexible approach to work
* A valid forklift licence (essential)
