Their continued growth over the past 20 years means they are recognised as Ireland's leading project management practice, with a proven ability to anticipate and successfully resolve problems.They boast a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals, providing comprehensive tailored advice throughout the pre- and post-construction building life-cycle through close personal involvement with clients.My client is seeking a skilled administrator / opearations executive to provide assistance within a busy team supporting a growing project management practice.The role will include but is not limited to the following tasks:Photocopying, filing, shredding, and archiving documentsGeneral filing for teams and DirectorsPlacing maintenance calls for all office equipmentPreparing tea, coffee, and refreshments for meetings and maintaining meeting roomsEntering time-sheets onto the company databaseTyping meeting minutes and other documentation for Directors and staffAnswering office phone calls and taking accurate messagesCreating and maintaining Excel tracking spreadsheetsPrinting and binding documentation for Directors and staffBooking internal and external meeting roomsManaging internal and external documentation softwarePlacing orders for stationery, PPE, and general office suppliesFormatting documents in Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelChecking office and meeting room tidiness daily and ensuring supplies are stockedSetting up basic meeting technology such as screens, projectors, or online callsThe candidates we are looking for should have:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent written EnglishExcellent organisational skillsVery strong MS Office skills, specifically advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PDF editingStrong attention to detailKnowledge of the construction market is advantageous but not essential
