Desktop Support Technician
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Desktop Support Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and collaborating with other teams to resolve complex problems.
Duties will include assisting with the configuration of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems, handling calls and correspondence, and participating in various projects and activities. Familiarity with Android and iOS is a plus.
