We are seeking an experienced Windows Installer/ Suveyor to join our team, The successful candidate will be responsible for installing windows - doors, external insulation, plastering, general building and small extensions. Be able to read and carry out works from drawings across domestic and commercial/industrial markets throughout Dublin area. Will be able to commission and certify systems to SEAI Standards. With good management of time, materials, quality, health & safety. With excellent customer service on domestic retrofit projects assigned, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.The Role:Installation of Windows - Doors, Plastering, External Insulation, Small Building Works, Small Extensions throughout the Dublin area as part of a teamPlanning work on site in line with the planning, drawings & project requirementsEngage with clients / homeowners and advise on works being undertaken and additional works if any are needed.Complete works in the allocated time, ensuing a high standard of work is maintained at all times.Adhere to SEAI code of conduct in relation to installations (full initial and ongoing training provided)Continuous training given.Upload works pictures and signed documents to field support system.Take responsibility for Health and Safety at all times.QualificationsExperience:The Candidate:Craft Certificate wanted but not required.
