Senior Gynaecology Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Gynaecology Specialist.
This role involves taking over an established territory with pre-existing relationships within Hospitals Gynaecology and Urology Departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Gynaecological devices to Key Opinion Leaders and Large Hospital Groups across the territory.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Surgical, Hospital or Pharma Sales at Consultant Level and possess strong communication and influencing skills. They will also have the ability to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility in a clinical environment.
We are looking for a driven individual who is motivated to succeed and has a work ethos to match. The successful candidate will undergo 12 weeks of in-hospital observational training, where they will shadow another experienced Territory Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of Gynaecological products and surgical techniques
* Engaging with both existing and new Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to develop a robust sales opportunity pipeline and advise appropriate sales leads
* Maintaining up-to-date records of customer activity on the company's CRM system
In addition to customer-facing activity, the Senior Gynaecology Specialist will support the development of product and procedure knowledge with the sales team.
