: Weekend Shift - Saturday, Sunday and Monday - 7:00 to 20:00
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our bonded warehouse and transport services by:
* Coordinating outbound shipments with customers, transport providers, and customs.
* Handling customer queries and providing timely, professional support.
* Maintaining accurate shipment records, reports, and database entries.
* Supporting operational teams with customer-focused solutions.
* Participating in internal meetings and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
