Account Manager Job Summary

This role plays a crucial part in our organization's operations, requiring the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers across various sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently through collaboration with different teams.
* Stay informed about customer plans and highlight potential problems during monthly sales meetings.
* Share customer feedback on service, products, and delivery to continuously improve our offerings.
* Attend trade shows to promote the company and identify new business opportunities.
* Assist in renewing yearly contracts with customers and contribute to market research for product development.

To succeed in this position, you will need experience in sales, business development, or account management in FMCG, along with strong communication and negotiation skills, good numeracy skills, and the ability to establish strong relationships.
