* Accelerate results in quality and efficiency by leveraging system tools, mentoring, and change management processes.
* Lead the adoption and practices of business fundamentals throughout all functions.
* Develop a roadmap to meet key performance indicator requirements and ensure sustainability.
* Plan cost-saving projects and sustain results according to strategic objectives.
* Provide formal and informal training and coaching at the workplace.
* Conduct productive project evaluation against key performance goals with a functional team and ensure successful project completion.
* Demonstrated experience as an expert in business operations.
* Ability to promote synergy between departments and handle conflict effectively.
