️ Role: Senior Project Manager - Residential (Apartments & Housing)
Location: Drogheda, County Louth, Ireland (On-site)
Salary & Benefits: Excellent salary & benefits package on offer (€110k–€150k DOE)
What’s involved:
Take full responsibility for the delivery of a large-scale residential development consisting of apartments and housing.
Lead the project from construction stage through to completion, handover, and close‑out.
Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are achieved.
Oversee project planning, sequencing, and progress reporting, ensuring milestones are met.
Maintain strong control of budgets, cost reporting, and variations in conjunction with the commercial team.
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with building regulations, BCAR requirements, health and safety legislation, and company procedures.
Act as the main point of contact between site, senior management, and external stakeholders.
Drive a high standard of workmanship and proactively manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in Project Management within the construction industry.
Proven experience delivering large-scale residential developments (apartments and/or housing).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large site teams and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge of construction processes, programme management, and residential compliance requirements.
Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
