Job Description
* Oversight of daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
* Assistance and support to all departments as required

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience as a department manager/supervisor within a hotel environment
* Excellent customer service experience
* Fluent English language skills
