We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Breakfast Manager, starting in mid-February 2026, to lead our breakfast operations, ensuring our guests start their day with a memorable dining experience.The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the breakfast and lunch service, managing staff and contributing to the overall positive guest experience.Key Responsibilities:Service Management:Oversee the daily breakfast and lunch service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain high standards in food quality, presentation and service.Duty Management:Act as a point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, concerns and special requests.Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.Team Leadership:Working alongside the Breakfast Supervisor, lead and motivate the breakfast service team, ensuring they are well-trained and deliver exceptional service.Guest Experience:Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere during breakfast and lunch service.Operational Support:Provide support to various hotel departments as needed, contributing to the overall success of Ballymaloe House Hotel.Collaborate with other managers to maintain a cohesive and positive work environment.Requirements:Previous experience in Food and Beverage management, preferably in a hospitality setting.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Commitment to sustainability and environmentally conscious practices.Flexible and able to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as required.Ballymaloe House Hotel is an Equal Opportunities EmployerJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Shanagarry, Cork, CO.
