Sous Chef – Gastro Bar
Support the Head Chef in delivering high‑quality, consistent food in a busy gastro bar. Lead service, maintain standards, and help drive a positive, efficient kitchen culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Run service and ensure dishes meet quality and presentation standards
* Oversee prep, stock rotation, and daily kitchen organisation
* Train and support junior chefs
* Maintain HACCP, hygiene, and allergen compliance
* Assist with ordering, stock control, and cost management
* Contribute to menu development and specials
What You Bring
* Experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up
* Solid cooking skills across all sections
* Calm, confident leadership during busy service
* Strong understanding of food safety
* Reliable, organised, and team‑focused.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €34,313.00-€44,000.00 per year
