A superb opportunity has arisen for a Funds Solicitor to join the Asset Management and Investment Funds team of a top tier law firm in Dublin.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients and advise on complex and interesting transactions. The Role
The team provide advice to a high profile client base including leading international financial institutions, investment banks and asset management companies. They advise on all types of investment funds, including UCITS, QIAIFs, REITs, hedge funds, private equity funds, loan funds and real estate funds.
The Person
1. Qualified Solicitor with 1-6 years post qualification funds experience
2. Strong academic credentials
3. Excellent analytical, technical and drafting skills
4. High level of commercial and business awareness
5. Calm and measured approach to problem solving
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
