With offices across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia, the firm works on complex cross-border matters across multiple jurisdictions.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with senior tax partners on a broad range of technical tax matters.Advice domestic and international clients on transactions including capital markets, investment funds, corporate tax, M&A, cross-border structuring, real estate and asset finance.Support client work both independently and alongside colleagues in other practice areas.Assist with drafting clear, high-quality tax advice and transaction documentation.Other ad-hoc duties that might arise.RequirementsQualified lawyer or accountant (newly qualified up to 1–3 years' post-qualification experience)Completed or currently completing AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) examsExperience working in a tax role within a recognised law firm or accounting practiceStrong academic background and solid tax technical foundationsExcellent drafting and communication skillsAble to work independently while collaborating effectively within a teamFinancial services tax experience is beneficial but not essentialDue to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
