Job Title: Site Manager
We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead our on-site activities. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have excellent communication skills.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Safety, Health, and Quality initiatives on site, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
* Coordinate with the Commercial department to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials, labor, and equipment.
* Maintain accurate records, implementing daily and weekly project schedules.
* Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in residential projects, preferably with timber frame expertise.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, foster open communication, and provide clear instructions.
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and Document Management Systems (e.g., Procore), and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
