Background
Our client is a well known residential developer with over 50 years' experience in the property market. They're now looking for an Administrator to join their team and support the Sales & Lettings department. This is a great opportunity for someone who's currently working in an agency and would like to move into an in-house role with a respected developer.
Package details
* Base salary up to €40,000

Responsibilities
* Managing the main inbox and responding to student queries
* Preparing letting agreements using Cylix and DocuSign
* Recording rent, income and expenditure
* Organising room inspections and tracking follow-ups
* Logging maintenance issues and keeping students informed
* Issuing rent reminders and preparing RTB registrations
* Uploading and managing site documents (BCMS certs, snag lists, inspection forms) on Zutec
* Preparing and issuing Home Buyer Guides
* Assisting with HomeBond registrations and related paperwork
* Logging maintenance issues across sites and tracking progress
* Keeping records up to date for subcontractor insurance and staff training
Key skills required
* 1+ years of experience in an administrative role within the property of construction sectors in Ireland.
