This is a challenging role for an experienced engineering leader to join our site leadership team and play a strategic role in driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
">
* Liaise with other function leaders to ensure the engineering teams comply with cross-functional best practice in GMPs, GDPs, finance processes, compliance initiatives, and EHS requirements.
* Develop and execute a medium-long term engineering strategy for the site, including capacity planning, systems, and technology plant-wide and global-wide projects to deliver expected results on time and budget.
* Drive continuous improvement through the integration of reporting and monitoring systems.
* Monitor and evaluate process layout to ensure maximum utilization of floor space, minimize handling, and optimize process flow.
* Develop a world-class manufacturing group that is proficient in process improvement and problem-solving manufacturing issues using Six Sigma tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A degree in engineering, science, or business, or an equivalent field. Minimum 6+ years' experience and a proven track record of successfully creating and managing a highly talented, engaged, and performing team. Experience in multiple areas/sites/positions is advantageous.
