Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Dublin for a Senior Member of the Leadership Team. The role involves Design of and overseeing business operations, managing large-scale projects, and ensuring successful delivery while maintaining quality and budgetary expectations.The candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and upholding the company's reputation for client satisfaction and flawless execution.
Qualifications
* Design Portfolio
* Degree or Diploma in interior design
* Leadership and team management skills to inspire, guide, and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
* Project and operations management experience, especially in large-scale fit-outs, with a focus on timely and budget-conscious delivery.
* Expertise in strategic planning and business growth, versatile decision-making abilities, and sound problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in client relationship management, with a strong commitment to maintaining and enhancing long-term professional partnerships.
* Proven experience or familiarity with the Residential and Hotel sectors is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and execute company goals.
* Educational background in Business Administration, Management, Architecture, or related fields is preferred.
