Childcare Assistant – Allenwood (Reference #CES-2423994)
Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Ensure the health and wellbeing of each child using the service
* Work as part of a team to deliver high‑quality care
* Keep daily records of children's activities and progress
* Assist in planning and implementing age‑appropriate activities
* Liaise with parents/guardians and support them where needed
* Assist with personal care needs of children
Qualifications & Requirements
* ACcredited training will be provided—no experience necessary
* Must be prepared to complete QQI Level 5 in Early Learning & Care, funded through DSP
* Good communication skills, teamwork ability, and motivation to study
* Character reference(s) and successful Garda vetting required
