Our client is a well-established insurance brokerage based in North County Dublin with over 50 years of experience in the industry. They are now seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive to join their team. This is a hybrid role, with three days per week required in the office. In this role, youll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across motor, home, and travel insurance. Youll handle the full client journey, including new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims. Youll provide tailored advice to ensure clients receive the right level of cover, while delivering a consistent and professional service. The focus will be on building strong, lasting relationships while supporting retention and growth. To be considered, youll need a minimum of two years experience in Personal Lines insurance and hold an APA qualification. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with a high level of attention to detail. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
