-Role Overview
The Operations & Customer Service Associate plays a key role in purchasing products, managing stock, maintaining customer communication, and representing Top Notch Munch in a professional manner. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while keeping management informed.

Key Responsibilities
-Product Sourcing & Purchasing
Purchase snacks on behalf of the company from verified suppliers, both locally and internationally.
Ensure all purchases meet quality, budget, and documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of receipts, costs, and supplier details.
* Occasionally travel to source products abroad (food allowance provided).
-Delivery & Stock Management
Deliver products to customers, wholesale partners, and vending locations in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain organised stock levels within your vehicle boot to ensure efficient delivery routes.
Support warehouse stock management by informing the team of incoming purchases, shortages, and required restocks.
Assist in ensuring the warehouse remains well-stocked and accurately accounted for.
-Customer Communication & Social Media
Professionally handle customer communication via calls, texts, and messages.
Provide delivery updates, answer queries, and resolve minor issues with a customer-first mindset.
Support basic social media activity such as posting updates, replying to comments, and engaging with customers online.
-Reporting & Internal Communication
Regularly update management regarding stock levels, supplier performance, delivery issues, and customer feedback.
Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, product offerings, and service quality.
Maintain consistent communication to ensure smooth daily operations.

-Requirements
Full, clean driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage stock, schedule tasks, and meet deadlines.
Confident communicator with a professional phone and message manner.
Ability to work independently while following company standards and procedures.
Reliable, trustworthy, and eager to take initiative.
Basic social media competence.
