Job Title: Grade III Clerical Officer
We are currently recruiting for temporary Grade III Clerical Officers in Limerick. This role is perfect for individuals with administrative experience, seeking a challenging and rewarding position.
* Provide support to the department by managing reception duties, handling phone calls, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments.
* Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
* Assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence.
* Schedule appointments and perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Complete invoices.
* Handle inquiries and provide information to patients and visitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Proficiency in using office software (MS Office, email, etc).
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Knowledge of hospital or clinical operations is an advantage.
