Responsibilities
Full Lifecycle Development: Lead technical design, development, testing, and delivery of new features and improvements.
DevOps & Microservices: Help lead the operational side of a highly available microservice architecture.
Embrace AI Technology: Leverage transformative AI technologies to accelerate team productivity and delivery of customer features.
Adaptable & Problem-Solver: Tackle varied and challenging problems daily, fostering flexibility, data-driven focus on quality, and rapid skill acquisition.
Ownership & Quality: Take responsibility for leading tasks from building new functionality to developing automated tests and investigating issues with high attention to detail.
Support & Growth: Receive dedicated mentorship and formal training from a supportive team of engineers to accelerate skill development.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher degree in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electronic or Software Engineering).
3+ years of demonstrated experience in software development.
Extensive architecture and programming experience with a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
Ability to apply a scientific approach and creative problem-solving to complex problems.
Adaptable and collaborative, thriving in diverse teams and communicating clearly and precisely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning and quality results.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C++, JavaScript.
Experience with data science / AI.
Familiarity with Git, DevOps practices, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
