Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a relevant qualification, prior experience in a similar role, and demonstrated ability to support adults with complex needs. A full driver's license and experience working with quality systems are also desirable. Essential competencies include a human rights-based approach, low arousal philosophy, and excellent communication skills.
