Conduct daily/weekly store walkthroughs, evaluating product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels to inform data-driven decision-making.
Communicate sales drivers and priorities to the Store Manager, developing actionable plans to enhance visual presentation and store operations.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
Assist with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring, ensuring diverse perspectives and backgrounds are represented within the team.
Develop bench strength for key positions, including possible successors, and participate in weekly management meetings to align on business objectives and strategies.
Clearly communicate store and individual sales goals, providing guidance on improvements and recognizing achievements.
