This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment, delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and staff. Ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes meet the highest standards. Manage and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations. Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring efficient stock control. Contribute to menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends.
