Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct administrative support to CPO, including complex diary management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
* Manage duty/staff travel bookings and administration.
* Assist in the production and circulation of weekly People Department reports.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
* Prepare briefing packs for CPO meetings.
* Collaborate with CPO and Direct Reports on special projects.
