We're working with a leading tier 1 main contractor in their search for an experienced Contracts Manager in the Limerick area.

Responsibilities:
11. Oversee the management of onsite resources, including the setup and mobilization of teams, supporting staff, and maintaining high morale
12. Report to the Regional Director and collaborate closely with your team, including the Senior Quantity Surveyor, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and both internal and external stakeholders
14. Ensure all onsite systems comply with internal policies and regulatory standards related to health & safety, wellbeing, environmental concerns, quality, and sustainability
Requirements:
15. Hold a third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related trade certification
16. Possess over 5 years of experience as a Construction Contracts Manager on commercial or residential projects valued between €20m and €400m, with a proven track record in high-rise and hospital projects
17. Have at least 5 years of experience managing key construction stakeholder agreements, including clients, team members, and reporting managers
18. Demonstrate excellent communication and computer skills, with a strong background in reporting on project delivery schedules
