Job Title
A Quality and Compliance professional is required to lead on internal quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement strategies across our education and training services.
About the Role
This is a senior-level opportunity to shape our quality frameworks, maintain regulatory compliance and support professional development for staff.
* Oversight of internal quality processes, including observation of teaching and learner feedback.
* Leadership of our compliance with awarding bodies, regulators and external audits.
* Planning and delivery of staff training and development to enhance teaching and support.
* Ensuring all health and safety, safeguarding and compliance standards are met.
* Maintenance and update of policies in line with regulatory changes and best practice.
* Production of high-quality reports for senior stakeholders and government bodies.
* Monitoring and support of achievement of KPIs across teams.
* Leadership of continuous improvement initiatives to raise standards across the board.
Essential Criteria
Experience in quality assurance or compliance, ideally within education or training. Strong working knowledge of audit processes and regulatory frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication and team development skills. High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Experience in training, CPD planning or staff coaching is highly desirable.
